Coaching is a goal orientated, forward thinking relationship, between the client and the coach that enables you to move from where you currently are to where you want to be. It seeks to explore what you want, what’s holding you back, and to unearth the strengths, talents and experience you hold, crafting new opportunities and possibilities for you to get there. Coaching works on the premise that you are the best expert of you.
As your coach I will encourage you, listen to you, challenge you and applaud you. I’m an adaptable coach, who will bring the most useful side of me to reflect what you need most on the day.
