Authenticity Coaching in the Workplace
Authenticity Coaching in the workplace focuses on the whole person, acknowledging that no individual is an employee in isolation. They are the experiences they’ve had, the relationships they’re in, their roles and identity both inside and outside of work, and the difficulties and fears they may currently be experiencing.
With this in mind, I provide an impartial space for introspection, exploring fears and emotions, as well as a creative space for gaining clarity, problem solving, goal setting, mind-set shifts and working towards outcomes.
Many employees remain silent about their fears and concerns that affect their personal and professional lives, through fear of being deemed less capable or a liability to their employer.
I understand the themes that come up within successful fast growing and frequently changing environments such overwhelm, comparison, difficulty with change, loosing insecurity and vulnerability; understanding that the way in which these themes impact staff are different for every individual.
Staff benefit from a non-judgemental, empathetic space to explore, raise awareness of, and connect with themselves and their thoughts, while they work through situations both in and outside of work. We’ll normalise conversations about mental and emotional health, so that appropriate support can be put in place, long before struggle becomes crisis. We'll also work with tools to manage and adapt to fast growing and changing environments.
Research shows that effective employee wellbeing support, increases engagement, congruence, and productivity, significantly increase target outcomes. Business benefit from greater retention, reduced risk of burnout and staff that feel more supported at work. You’ll also benefit from a workplace culture that feels more authentic and open, and less fearful about being so. Coaching also helps to identify staff that may need more support, whether organisational or therapeutic.
How it works:
Initially work in within a company for 4 months for a day per month, seeing up to 7 people for 45 minute coaching sessions. Should demand outweigh supply, increase in hours/days can be discussed.
Sessions would be booked electronically by staff through to a diary managed by me.
Sessions would either be face to face in a room within (or close to the organisation) or via Skype for remote staff.
Other packages and referral systems are available.
